Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Philadelphia, our small — but mighty — nonprofit has remained a constant source of support and advocacy through the transition to new community umbrella agency providers. Our mission is simple: to train and support community volunteers to advance the welfare of children in foster care through effective advocacy.
