Biden Administration Strengthens Protections for LGBTQI+ Youth in Foster Care System.On April 29th, a final rule was released from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that directs state and tribal agencies across the country to fully implement existing protections for LGBTQI+ youth in foster care.
